Owner & Founder, La Venture Grove
Paige Hoover, Manager & Lead Planner
Paige understands what brides want and need, after planning her own wedding at La Venture Grove in 2021. She knows that details matter, and prides herself on going above and beyond for her clients.
She has been working at the venue since 2021 and grew up right here in the Fruit Cove area. Because of her passion for the service and hospitality industry, and staying up to date with all the wedding trends, she makes it her goal to offer a stress-free and fun experience for all of her brides and clients.
Married with two small kids, Paige has a strong drive to get things done and knows being organized matters! While some might say she’s type A, she knows that nothing can be missed for your big day!
On her day off you might find Paige shopping at a farmers market in her favorite athleisure outfit, and spending time with her family.
Her favorite shows are Blacklist or Dateline, and on your wedding day, she’ll most definitely be taste-testing the food and desserts for quality control!
Callie, Lead Coordinator
With years of experience in events and planning, Callie is a new face to the LVG team after a relocation to Jacksonville for her husband's job with the US Navy. After taking a few years to be at home with her three children, she is back to work and eager to dive in.
With an emphasis on establishing a personal relationship with each client and an eye for detail, Callie knows what it takes to bring your vision to life. She is always watching for what is trending in the current wedding season.
Fun Facts: In 2022, she lobbied in Washington DC at Congress on behalf of the state of Maryland for Cosmetic and Personal Care reform, something she is extremely passionate about.
Quirk: She doesn't believe in to-go cups and insists on taking an open coffee mug in the car because it doesn't taste the same!
Kayla, Lead Coordinator
Kayla became a lead coordinator after having her dream wedding here at La Venture Grove in April 2023. She enjoyed the planning and coordination of her own wedding so much that she decided that she wanted to help others have the same experience. Kayla is very excited to collaborate with couples to achieve the BEST DAY EVER!
Being a highly organized and detail-oriented kindergarten teacher for the past 10 years, Kayla is ready to bring her creative side out when working with a couple on their big day.
Fun Facts: Kayla is a shark fanatic- She is hoping one day to cage dive with a Great White Shark.
Quirk: She turns just about anything into a song. You may hear her singing out directions or making up a song to dance to throughout the day.
